🚀 SDE | 2+ Years Experience
We're looking for an experienced Backend Engineer to build scalable, high-performance systems that power modern digital products.
You'll work on backend architecture, distributed systems, APIs, and cloud infrastructure while collaborating closely with product, frontend, and platform teams to deliver reliable and scalable solutions.
🧩 What You'll Do
Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js and TypeScript
Build robust APIs and backend systems that support high-growth products
Design and implement microservices and distributed system architectures
Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability
Work with SQL and NoSQL databases to build efficient data solutions
Collaborate with product, frontend, and DevOps teams to deliver end-to-end features
Participate in architectural discussions and technical decision-making
Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
Troubleshoot production issues and improve system performance
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure best practices
Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and technical guidance

Have 2+ years of experience in backend development
Are highly proficient in Node.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript
Have experience designing and building scalable backend systems
Have worked with microservices, REST APIs, and distributed architectures
Have strong system design and problem-solving skills
Have experience with AWS or GCP cloud platforms
Are comfortable working with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
Have experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
Thrive in fast-paced startup environments with high ownership
Communicate effectively and collaborate well across teams

Experience working on high-scale consumer or SaaS products
Experience with event-driven architectures and messaging systems
Strong understanding of cloud-native application design
Previous experience mentoring engineers or leading projects
