We are looking for an addition to our team of software developers who design, implement, and support the models and simulator for the Calibre Optical Proximity Correction (OPC) and Resolution Enhancement Technology (RET) tools. This position reports to the Calibre OPC and RET Modeling R&D Director.
Responsibilities Include:
Simulate and theoretically analyze electromagnetic and optical physics applicable to lithography modeling
Understand enhancement requests and bugs and discuss solutions with the team
Implement production ready software in C++
Document new software in functional specifications
Perform detailed, quantitative analysis of performance and quality of the software
Candidates must be able to:
Understand electromagnetic and optical physics and how it applies to practical lithography modeling
Implement object oriented software in C++
Analyze data in Matlab or Python
Work comfortably in Linux and with Microsoft Office programs Word, Power Point, and Outlook
Compile information into clear documents or slides and present to peers and management
Nice to have:
Experience in the semiconductor industry, specifically with lithography and optical proximity correction software
BSEE, MSEE/ MS or Ph.D. Electrical Engineering, Physics, or related field is required
