I’m partnered with a good manufacturing client to help identify a Senior Software Developer to join a stable and collaborative technology team. Responsibilities
Develop and maintain software solutions that support core engineering and business processes.
Build and enhance applications, databases, reporting tools, and user-facing systems.
Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve workflows, system performance, and operational efficiency.
Test, troubleshoot, and support applications while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
Desired Skills And Experience
Strong VB.NET and/or C# development experience
Experience building and supporting Windows-based business applications
SQL Server development skills
Ability to understand business processes, not just write code
Interest in engineering, manufacturing, construction, CAD, or product design environments
Someone who enjoys learning how things are built and likes solving real-world business challenges
