About the Opportunity
We are partnering with a globally recognized professional services firm. The organization is making significant investments in modernizing its technology ecosystem, with a strong focus on AI-assisted development, low-code platforms, and secure enterprise applications.
They are seeking a Developer to support the evolution of their internal application landscape. You will play a key role in transforming AI-generated and internally built solutions into scalable, secure, enterprise-grade applications that support business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate, refactor, and harden applications generated by attorneys and staff using AI-assisted coding tools, converting them into production-ready solutions suitable for enterprise deployment
Build, extend, and maintain applications on the firm’s low-code platforms to support operational needs across departments and practice groups
Translate business requirements into well-structured, maintainable solutions that adhere to the firm’s development standards and architectural patterns, including appropriate test coverage
Conduct code reviews for citizen-developed applications and AI-generated code to ensure security, scalability, maintainability, and compliance with firm standards.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in software development across web, enterprise, or low-code environments
Proven ability to work across multiple technology stacks and adapt to new tools
Experience with code reviews, version control systems, and modern development lifecycles
Familiarity with secure coding practices and application security concepts (e.g., SAST, dependency analysis)
Experience supporting or reviewing internally built or citizen-developed applications is a plus
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
