What We Are Looking For

We are looking for a Software Developer who will be responsible for delivering high-quality software solutions that meet the needs of our customers. This role will work across backend and frontend systems, contributing to a modern, scalable platform built primarily with Golang and TypeScript.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain software applications, ensuring scalability, security, and performance
Collaborate with internal teams to gather and analyse system requirements and translate them into technical specifications
Design, build, and maintain clean, efficient, reusable, and reliable code using industry best practices
Continuously identify areas for improvement and propose solutions to enhance functionality, usability, and performance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy and manage software releases
Debug and resolve application issues and deliver timely fixes
Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and adherence to standards
Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends
Partner closely with a global team across the US, Australia, and the Philippines, with flexibility to work occasional evening hours to support cross-time-zone collaboration

Required Skills & Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a software developer, preferably in a SaaS environment
Strong experience with Golang and TypeScript
Experience building APIs, services, and web applications
Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, and Make
Experience working with Git and Bitbucket in DevOps environments with CI/CD pipelines and frequent release cycles
Experience with microservices architectures (Kubernetes highly desirable)
Experience with Angular (preferred) or React
Familiarity with cloud platforms and experience deploying applications in a cloud environment
Strong understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues
Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a remote, team-oriented environment

Bonus Points

Experience with additional languages such as JavaScript, Bash, C, Ruby, or C++
Experience with CSS frameworks such as Tailwind (preferred) or Bootstrap
Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
Experience working in cybersecurity or security-focused environments

What We Offer

We don’t think money is everything, but we know it is an important part of your decision to apply for a role. This position has a salary range of USD $170,000 - $200,000. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include responsibilities of the job, education, location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and internal equity, alignment with market data, or applicable laws.
