Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Smart Contract Developer to design, develop, test, and maintain secure and compliant smart contracts for our ERC-3643-based tokenization platform. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Solidity, tokenization standards, smart contract security, and regulated digital asset infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
· Design, develop, and maintain smart contracts supporting ERC-3643 compliant tokenized assets.
· Implement permissioned token transfers, identity verification hooks, compliance controls, and investor restrictions.
· Develop and optimize token issuance, redemption, transfer, and corporate action workflows.
· Integrate smart contracts with on-chain identity, KYC/AML, and compliance modules.
· Collaborate with backend, frontend, and infrastructure teams to deliver end-to-end blockchain solutions.
· Conduct smart contract testing, auditing preparation, and security reviews.
· Implement upgradeable smart contract architectures using industry best practices.
· Monitor protocol performance and recommend improvements for scalability, gas efficiency, and security.
· Review external audits and address findings efficiently.
· Maintain technical documentation, deployment procedures, and architecture specifications.
· Stay updated with evolving tokenization standards, security practices, and blockchain ecosystems.
Required Qualifications
· 3+ years of professional smart contract development experience.
· Strong proficiency in Solidity and EVM-based blockchain development.
· Experience implementing token standards including ERC-20, ERC-721, ERC-1155, and ERC-3643.
· Deep understanding of proxy patterns, upgradeability, and smart contract architecture.
· Experience with Hardhat, Foundry, Truffle, or equivalent development frameworks.
· Strong knowledge of smart contract security vulnerabilities and mitigation techniques.
· Experience with automated testing, fuzzing, and security tooling.
· Familiarity with blockchain identity and compliance systems.
· Strong understanding of tokenization, digital securities, and regulated asset infrastructure.
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience working with ERC-3643, ONCHAINID, or similar compliance-focused token standards.
· Experience with institutional tokenization platforms.
· Prior participation in smart contract audits.
· Knowledge of Zero-Knowledge technologies and decentralized identity systems.
· Experience with Layer 2 ecosystems and cross-chain protocols.
