Site Civil / Mechanical Engineer – Solar Construction
Support utility-scale solar construction projects, overseeing civil and mechanical installation activities in the field.
Responsibilities
Supervise pile driving, tracker installation, module mounting, and equipment installation
Oversee grading, drainage, and foundation work
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams
Support QA/QC inspections and documentation
Track installation progress and daily production
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering
4–8+ years of construction experience, ideally in solar or renewable energy
Experience with field operations, QA/QC, and construction coordination
Proficiency with Procore, AutoCAD, or MS Project preferred
