Siemens Camstar/OpCenter, Desinger, portal Studio, Modelings- Multiple roles
Job Description:
• Minimum of 5 to 15 years of experience in Simens Camstar MES Solutioning, with a focus on Semiconductor Siemens OpCenter product manufacturing and advanced automation.
• Strong knowledge of MES systems architecture, configuration, deployment, and integration with other production systems.
• Hands-on experience in Designer, Portal Studio, Modeling and Connect MOM • Experience in Semiconductor manufacturing processes • Must be knowledgeable in both front-end and back-end development with strong skills in Visual Studio, REST API and OData protocols.
• Experience in enterprise application integration (SAP PLM) and machine integration.
• Deep understanding of the Wafer Fab manufacturing process and solutioning • Experience in semiconductor equipment integrations with MES application • Creating and managing Siemens Camstar/OpCenter Modeling recipes for equipment, including downloading, uploading, and validating them.
• Collecting real-time data from equipment sensors and processes.
• Implementing data collection strategies for statistical process control (SPC).
• Functional Experience in GUI, Tool Scheduling, Recipe Management and Factory Automation -SECS/GEM • Possesses expertise in Good Documentation and Good Testing Practices
Roles & Responsibilities
• Excellent Solution Architect skills, including experience with project management software and methodologies.
• Strong understanding of design for manufacturability (DFM) principles and product lifecycle management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with customers, team members, and stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience with relevant industry standards and regulations.
• Participates in fit gap analysis & Process Modeling & process standardization with Area lead & Process SME • Works with lead SMEs to develop MES solution and factory automation requirements • Provide times, user story point estimates, and status for all stories assigned to them • Authors and perform documents supporting validation of Factory automation • Works across the teams to put requirements together for MES development
