Role Overview
As part of the Signal & Power Integrity team, you will be responsible for the design validation and electrical performance analysis of high-speed semiconductor controllers, packages, and interfaces. You will perform advanced SI/PI simulations to predict product performance early in the design cycle and optimize signal quality and power delivery using industry-leading EDA tools.
Responsibilities
Required Skills
Strong understanding of Signal Integrity (SI) and Power Integrity (PI) principles.
5 - 7 years of hands-on experience in SI/PI analysis for board and package designs.
Expertise in system-level SI simulations, S-parameter extraction, and 3D electromagnetic modeling.
Proficiency with industry-standard tools such as Cadence PowerSI, HFSS, ADS, HSPICE, Siemens Advanced Solvers, Allegro SIP, and Ansys SIwave.
Experience with circuit simulation and high-speed interface analysis.
Scripting knowledge in Perl and/or Tcl is a plus.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional engineering teams.
