ServiceNow Engineer

ServiceNow Developer | Remote | Up to $130,000

A large professional services organization is hiring a ServiceNow Developer to support and evolve its enterprise automation platforms. This role focuses on designing, configuring, and enhancing ServiceNow to improve operational efficiency, reliability, and user experience across the business.

Design, configure, and enhance ServiceNow modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, and CMDB
Build workflows, business rules, UI actions, notifications, and automation
Develop solutions using JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, HTML, and CSS
Support platform upgrades, patching, migrations, and integrations
Maintain data integrity and CMDB health in partnership with infrastructure teams
Leverage ServiceNow AI capabilities to drive process efficiencies
Troubleshoot issues, support production environments, and ensure platform stability

What They’re Looking For
3+ years of application development or platform support experience in a complex environment
2+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience strongly preferred
Strong knowledge of ITSM and ITIL principles
Experience with scripting, integrations, and workflow automation
ServiceNow CSA certification preferred; additional module certifications a plus
