Mission
This role will design, develop, and deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions while acting as a key technical bridge between business stakeholders and engineering teams to drive high-quality platform enhancements.
Must Haves
6+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
At least 2 years of full-stack development experience.
Strong JavaScript skills for scripting and automation within ServiceNow.
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM and including BCM module exposure.
Active ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD) certifications.
Plusses
Familiarity with Jira for sprint planning and project tracking.
Experience working with cloud technologies and AI-related tools.
Experience with automated testing tools such as ATF (native to ServiceNow) or Playwright.
Day To Day
Act as the technical liaison between business stakeholders and development teams, translating functional requirements into ServiceNow configurations and solutions.
Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications, including business rules, workflows, and integrations.
Support full-stack development efforts, including Java-based enhancements for legacy or adjacent systems when needed.
Implement new features, perform system enhancements, and execute automated testing (ATF or Playwright) to support ongoing releases.
Contribute to Agile sprint planning and execution, delivering prioritized technical requirements on a consistent release cycle.
