Servicenow Developer

We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer who is eager to learn, grow, and transform their career by working on challenging and impactful projects.
Key Responsibilities

We will accept candidates across Brasil.

In this role, you will:
Develop and configure ServiceNow solutions using an OOTB‑first approach
Improve and maintain CMDB structure, relationships, and data quality
Support CSDM alignment across service models and service portfolios
Build and enhance custom applications, flows, UI policies, and automations
Develop and support integrations using IntegrationHub, REST APIs, and MID Server
Enable and support AI features in accordance with governance and security standards
Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis, proactively reducing technical debt
Execute QA activities (unit, functional, and regression testing) and maintain test evidence
Create and maintain clear technical documentation
Support platform upgrades, ensuring solutions are upgrade‑safe

Mandatory Skills
Strong JavaScript experience (Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, ACLs)
ServiceNow configuration and development (Flow Designer, forms, workflows)
Experience with integrations (REST APIs, IntegrationHub)
Solid knowledge of CMDB fundamentals (CI classes, relationships, data quality concepts)
Experience working with enterprise SDLC and change management processes

Desirable Skills
Knowledge of CSDM and service mapping alignment
Exposure to Discovery and Service Mapping (normalization and deduplication)
Experience with AI features such as Now Assist and AI Search
App Engine and scoped application development
Experience with Automated Test Framework (ATF)
ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS)
Familiarity with:
ServiceNow Platform, CMDB, CSDM, Data Quality
CI Relationships, Service Mapping, OOTB configurations
Flow Designer, Scoped Applications
Integrations, REST APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server
JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, ACLs
