About The Opportunity
A fast-scaling technology partner in the enterprise IT service management (ITSM) and digital workflow automation space, we help global organizations modernize operations using ServiceNow Platform. Our team designs, builds, and deploys scalable, secure, and intelligent digital workflows — from IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM) to Customer Service Management (CSM) and GRC — across Fortune 500 and mid-market clients. We thrive on solving complex business problems with clean, cloud-native architectures and rapid delivery cycles.
Role & Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy ServiceNow applications using Scripted REST APIs, Client Scripts, Business Rules, and Flow Designer.
Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions on ServiceNow platform — including UI Policies, UI Actions, Catalog Items, and Workflow automations.
Integrate ServiceNow with external systems (Azure AD, Okta, Slack, Jira, Teams, etc.) using Middleware or native integration tools like IntegrationHub or REST/SOAP APIs.
Optimize system performance by tuning configurations, implementing security controls, and managing system upgrades or patches.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, document solutions, and deliver user training for newly deployed modules.
Support Agile/Scrum delivery cycles — participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, QA testing, and production deployments.
