Summary

Travel to customer locations to install, perform preventative maintenance, repair, training and programming of optical metrology systems.

Primary Responsibilities (include But Not Limited To

Travel to customer sites to perform installations, training, calibrations, equipment moves, repairs, maintenance, and other required product support services.
Build and maintain an expert level of product and application knowledge for several Trioptics product lines.
Maintain accurate records of work performed.
Resolve customer service issues or difficulties.
Maintain professional business relationships with customers.
Provide status of ongoing projects and future projects to Management.
Provide product demonstrations and support engineering center testing and measurement services.
Identify customer’s needs and sales opportunities and suggest technical solutions for optical metrology and production equipment.

Requirements

BS degree in Engineering required, manufacturing methods or similar is preferred or 5 years of relevant experience.
3 -5 years of industrial/manufacturing experience in a customer infield support role.
Ability to work a flexible schedule and adapt to changing work schedules.
Have the ability to travel domestically (some international) 30 – 50%
Have a valid Drivers License and a valid Passport
US Citizenship or Qualified U.S. Worker
