Implement Verification plans from Design specification
Ability to Innovate and contribute new ideas to improve and enhance the design & flow
Ability to create IPCRV environments
Ability to comprehend Complicated Specifications
Understanding of 3GPP standards or Serdes is a plus Academic Requirement  Masters or Bachelor Degree in Electronics or Communication related stream  4 to 10 years of Digital Hardware Verification Experience

Main Requirements and Qualifications

Requirements:
 Strong in digital logic design
 Hands-on in hardware verification languages like SV
 Hands-on in industry standard verification methodologies like UVM
 Excellent aptitude, logical thinking and problem solving skills
 Able to explain technical concepts clearly and communicate effectively in a multisite environment
 Team Worker, High sense of accountability, willingness to work hard
 Familiar with Digital Signal Processing and Communication Engineering fundamentals is a plus
