Responsibilities
Translate product requirements into comprehensive test strategies and execution plans
Design, build, and maintain automated test frameworks and scenarios
Execute functional, integration, and end-to-end testing across trading systems
Partner closely with developers to diagnose defects and validate fixes
Contribute to code reviews with a focus on testability and quality
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed quality throughout the SDLC
Support production releases, troubleshooting issues and validating deployments
Continuously improve QA processes, tools, and overall testing efficiency
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in QA or Software Engineering in Test roles
Hands-on experience with Linux/Unix environments
Working knowledge of Java or similar programming languages
Familiarity with automated testing tools and modern QA methodologies
Exposure to financial systems or complex, data-driven applications
Strong analytical thinking and clear communication across technical teams
