Salary on offer:
The annual salary on offer for the successful Senior Staff Power/Analog Engineer is $150,000-$200,000 per annum, depending on skillset and experience.

Summary of the Senior Staff Power/Analog Engineering Role:
The successful Senior Staff Power/Analog Engineer will work on a wide range of analog and power design projects. The Senior Staff Power/Analog Engineer will contribute to all aspects of the product lifecycle: requirements development, preliminary design, critical design, prototype, test, and production.

Senior Staff Power/Analog Engineer Key Skills:
Education – PhD or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
8-12+ years industry professional experience
Hands on Analog, Power Electronics Design & development
5+ years of experience developing power electronics, power converters, switch-mode power supplies (SMPS) with challenging size, weight, and power (SWaP) requirements
Experience with development and debug of analog electronics
Power Electronics Technologies – MOSFET’S GaN, SiC, IGBT
Schematic Capture and PCB Design skills using Cadence or Altium
Test equipment - Oscilloscope, programmable power supply, programmable load, data acquisition system, etc.
Circuit analysis including worst-case circuit analysis (WCCA), component stress, failure mode analysis (FMEA/FMECA), reliability analysis, radiation effects analysis, circuit simulation, spreadsheet analysis
Effective documentation: writing, developing, and maintaining engineering drawings, procedures, specifications, product datasheets, application notes, slide presentations, and technical reports
Industry experience -Aerospace, Spacecraft, Satellite Electronics, Safety Critical, Mission-Safety Critical – Bonus

Desirable nice to have skills:
Familiarity with radiation effects on electronics
Electrical, Electronic, and Electromechanical components - "Triple EE" (Electrical and Electronic)
Familiarity with high-reliability, fault tolerant, radiation tolerance, and/or safety-critical systems
Experience with environmental testing (thermal, vacuum, EMI/EMC) process and equipment
Design for manufacturing, design for testing
Designing test equipment, including test script development and automation using MATLAB, C/C++, or Python
Experience working with quality management systems: ISO-9001, AS9100
