Key responsibilities in your new role
12+ years’ experience in ATE Testing of power products ( Power stages, Power modules, Point of Loads, Power sequencer, etc.)
Strong Analog/Mixed/Power products test knowledge
Experience in defining test strategy for new products
Ensure DFT/DFM standards for new products
New products Test development experience from Design to release Production
Proven records with Test cost reduction techniques
Strong leader with Technical back ground
Experience in ATE Char/Qual Programs development
Well experienced in Test Hardware/Software qualification and release process
Good Work Experience in ETS800 tester platform.
Familiar in Programming languages ( C, C++ , Java, Python, etc.)
