Senior Staff Engineer - Applications

Experience in selection of MOSFET’s, Gate Drivers, Capacitors, Inductors and use of these components in POL design and applications.

Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

6-12 years of hands-on experience in high frequency, high current, high-density DC/DC designs.
Specific or Entrepreneurial Knowledge: Comprehensive knowledge of basic power supply topologies [Buck, Boost, Buck-Boost] and control system design with lab skills to test and debug of switch mode power supplies
Experience in selection of MOSFET’s, Gate Drivers, Capacitors, Inductors and use of these components in POL design and applications.
Able to collaborate with all functions in the organization from Marketing, FAE’s and sales, to IC design and product development AE’s to ensure successful product development.
IC block level modelling experience with Simplis/PSpice
Intimate knowledge of various regulator architectures.
Experience in using digital controllers & power stages for power management applications
