The candidate will join a diverse and global team working on state-of-the-art wireless and connectivity applications. This position will involve: - Designing analog, mixed-signal, or RF circuits. - Guiding layout in advanced technology nodes. - Documenting design details and present at review meetings. - Defining experimental test procedures and evaluating silicon in the lab. - Assisting architecture investigation and technology exploration.

Main Requirements and Qualifications

- Master degree or higher focused on integrated circuit design.
- Analysis, design, and debug skill for analog, mixed-signal, or RF circuits.
- Previous tape-out experience is highly desirable.
- A solid understanding of linear systems and signal processing.
- A solid understanding of semiconductor device physics is highly desirable.
- Experience with use of lab equipment.
- Experience in the use of computer aided design tools such as Virtuoso, Spectre, ADE, and Matlab.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Salary range: $154,400 - $220,000 annually.


Employee may be eligible for performance bonus, short and long term incentive programs. Actual total compensation will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience and qualifications.
