Our client, an innovative manufacturer of wireless antennas, is looking for a Senior RF Engineer to join their organization. This individual doesn't need direct RF experience, just strong experience in electronic design.
Client Details
Our client is an innovative antenna manufacturing organization focused on helping people and businesses stay connected, wherever they are. They design and build high‑performance antenna solutions that support reliable communication across a wide range of environments, from industrial settings to emerging connectivity needs.
What sets them apart is how they work. Engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams collaborate closely, keeping decisions practical and grounded in real‑world use. They invest in modern tools, strong processes, and continuous improvement, so ideas move quickly from concept to production.
This is an organization that values curiosity, accountability, and doing things right the first time. They are growing with purpose and are committed to extending connectivity in ways that truly make a difference.
Description
Lead antenna design from concept through production, including patch, dipole, array, helical, and custom solutions
Run advanced electromagnetic simulations and optimization using HFSS to drive performance and reliability
Own prototype testing and validation using VNAs, spectrum analyzers, and anechoic chambers
Work closely with mechanical and manufacturing teams to ensure designs are robust, practical, and ready to build
Troubleshoot and resolve complex RF performance and integration issues through structured root‑cause analysis
Mentor junior engineers, providing hands‑on guidance in simulation, testing, and design reviews
Track emerging antenna technologies and materials, and apply them to new and existing products
Produce clear technical documentation, design reports, and customer‑facing presentations
Profile
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, RF/Microwave Engineering, or related field.
5+ years of experience in antenna of RF system design, preferably in a manufacturing or R&D environment OR 5+ years experience in electronic design
Minimum 1-2 years of soldering experience required.
