Position - Senior RF Test Engineer
Location - Morgan Hill, CA (Onsite)
Job Type - Full-Time / Permanent
Summary
:We are looking for a hands-on Senior RF Test Engineer with strong manufacturing and production-floor experience to support the development, qualification, and release of RF test systems used in semiconductor manufacturing
.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with test equipment, troubleshooting RF products, analyzing test data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve product quality and manufacturing efficiency
.
What You'll Be Doin
g:Develop, qualify, and release automated RF test stations into productio
n.Perform calibration, debugging, troubleshooting, and validation of RF devices, modules, and test system
s.Provide hands-on support on the manufacturing floor to ensure smooth production operation
s.Analyze test data, identify trends, troubleshoot issues, and recommend corrective action
s.Create and maintain test procedures, documentation, and technical report
s.Train and support technicians on test processes, equipment, and procedure
s.Collaborate with Product Engineering, Yield Engineering, Manufacturing, and R&D teams to support new product introductions and production readines
s.Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on product quality, yield, and manufacturing efficienc
y.Support root cause investigations and corrective actions for production and test-related issue
s.
What We're Looking F

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related fie
ld.5+ years of experience in RF testing, semiconductor manufacturing, or high-volume production environmen
ts.Proven experience assembling, qualifying, and releasing test stations into producti
on.Experience providing hands-on support in a manufacturing or production-floor environme
nt.Experience training technicians and supporting production tea
ms.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skil
ls.
Technical Skil
ls -Solid understanding of RF test and measurement princip
les.Experience working with RF components such as amplifiers, attenuators, splitters, frequency converters, and related RF hardw
are.Ability to analyze test data and draw meaningful conclusions using tools such as Excel, JMP, or similar data analysis softw
are.Familiarity with statistical methods, process control, and structured problem-solving techniq
ues.Basic programming or scripting experience (Python, LabVIEW, C, C++, or similar) is a p
lus.Ability to interpret parametric data and translate findings into actionable improveme
nts.
