About the Role
We're seeking an experienced RF Hardware Engineer to develop next-generation RF sensing and radar systems for mission-critical applications. You'll lead the design, analysis, and integration of RF hardware, working closely with systems, firmware, and embedded engineering teams to deliver high-performance solutions.
Responsibilities
Design and optimize RF hardware for advanced radar and sensing systems.
Lead development of high-speed digitizers, low-noise RF circuits, and mixed-signal electronics alongside embedded software and firmware engineers.
Support the design, analysis, and testing of antennas, phased arrays, and RF front-end architectures.
Develop subsystem requirements and perform RF, microwave, and antenna analysis using Python or similar engineering tools.
Validate hardware performance through laboratory testing and system integration.
Produce technical documentation and contribute to customer proposals and technical capture activities.
Required Qualifications
Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
6+ years of RF, microwave, or electrical hardware design experience.
Strong background in high-speed RF electronics, radar systems, and antenna design.
Experience with phased arrays, anechoic chamber testing, and RF measurement techniques.
Knowledge of electromagnetics, microwave engineering, and RF system architecture.
Experience with RF test automation and data analysis.
Experience developing radar, RF sensing, satellite, aerospace, or defense systems.
Background in hardware integration, verification, and environmental testing.
Familiarity with embedded C/C++ and FPGA development (Verilog/VHDL).
Experience working on high-reliability or mission-critical hardware.
