As part of a small, highly experienced team of RF, Digital Hardware, and GNSS software engineers, you will tackle exciting technical challenges and deliver high-impact solutions to both internal stakeholders and external customers. Success in this role requires strong technical depth, clear communication, independent thinking, and effective collaboration in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Design RF/microwave circuits and systems integrating oneNav’s custom GNSS silicon.
Develop and execute experiments to analyze and enhance receiver sensitivity and interference immunity.
Lead debugging and bring-up of RF, analog, and mixed-signal hardware.
Support high volume production tests.
Lead in-house manual and automated testing of receiver hardware (RF and digital).
Develop test procedures and create Python-based automation scripts using test hardware APIs.
Design test boards and customer evaluation PCBs.

3+ years of Python programming experience.
Understanding of RF receiver impairments (phase noise, nonlinearity, IQ imbalance, etc.).
Hands-on experience with lab equipment such as arbitrary signal generators, spectrum analyzers, vector network analyzers, and digital oscilloscopes.
Proficiency in Python, MATLAB, and/or C/C++.
Experience designing high-signal-integrity microwave systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.
Preferred Qualification
Experience with GNSS receiver technology.
Experience with Altium, Allegro or similar schematic capture and PCB layout tools.
Antenna design experience using state-of-the-art simulation tools (e.g., HFSS).
