🚀 Hiring: Senior RF Test Engineer
📍 Location: Morgan Hill, CA (Onsite)
🕒 Full-Time / Permanent Position
We're seeking an experienced RF Test Engineer to support the development and validation of advanced semiconductor and high-frequency products.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain automated test systems for RF and electronic products.
Perform calibration, troubleshooting, debugging, and validation of RF devices and modules using automated and manual test equipment.
Analyze test results, identify performance trends, and generate technical reports.
Create and maintain test procedures, work instructions, and documentation.
Collaborate with Engineering, R&D, Manufacturing, and Quality teams to support new product introductions and ongoing product performance.
Participate in RF test strategy development, equipment selection, and process improvements.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, efficiency, and manufacturing readiness.
Provide technical guidance and training to test technicians and support teams.
Required Qualifications:
BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field.
5+ years of experience in RF testing, test development, and automated test systems.
Strong understanding of RF components including amplifiers, attenuators, splitters, mixers, and frequency conversion devices.
Solid knowledge of RF measurement techniques and test methodologies.
Experience with statistical analysis tools and methodologies such as SPC, DOE, 8D, and Root Cause Analysis.
Hands-on experience with data analysis tools such as JMP or similar platforms.
Programming or scripting experience with Python, LabVIEW, C, C++, or similar languages.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
