This is a hands-on role owning RF systems from architecture and design through PCB implementation, prototype bring-up, test, validation, and qualification.
You’ll work across RF communications and payload subsystems, including link budgets, noise and linearity analysis, RF/mixed-signal PCB design, and board/system-level testing.
Looking for experience with:
RF hardware design at microwave and/or mmWave frequencies
LNAs, PAs, SSPAs, mixers, up/down converters, oscillators, filters
Link budgets, noise figure, linearity, gain cascades
RF/EM tools such as ADS, HFSS, Cadence, or similar
Schematic capture and multilayer PCB layout, ideally Altium
Lab equipment including VNAs, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, and oscilloscopes
Aerospace, satellite, defense, phased-array, SDR, or mission-critical hardware experience would be a strong plus.
Package: $150,000–$170,000 base, equity, strong benefits, 401(k) match, relocation support.
