Optomi, in partnership with a retail client, is seeking a Senior QA Engineer to join their Pro Loyalty team in Atlanta.
**Hybrid - 3 days on-site**

Position Summary:
This role supports the development of a new enterprise loyalty platform, requiring hands-on ownership of automation framework development and end-to-end QA strategy. The engineer will operate as both a strong individual contributor and a leader across QA efforts, ensuring successful delivery of a high-impact customer-facing product.

Opportunity to define QA frameworks and processes
High visibility across business and engineering teams
What type of experience does the right candidate have:
5–10 years QA experience
5+ years automation experience
Strong background in Python and Playwright
Experience building automation frameworks from scratch
Experience driving end-to-end QA across multiple systems
Experience in fast-paced, evolving environments
Comfortable using AI to generate test cases and assist with scripting
What the responsibilities are of the right candidate:
Design and build automation framework
Create and execute manual and automated test cases
Drive end-to-end testing across systems and teams
Coordinate QA efforts with business, development, and QA stakeholders
Support UAT readiness and release validation
