Monitor and analyze system performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
Stay updated with the latest technology trends and make recommendations for system upgrades and enhancements
Train and mentor junior production engineers to enhance their skills and knowledge
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in production engineering, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
Strong understanding of production engineering processes and best practices
Experience with system monitoring and performance analysis tools
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to production engineering
