Senior Product Engineer

About the Role
We are hiring experienced Product Engineers / Lead Product Engineers with strong semiconductor product engineering backgrounds to support advanced ASIC and mixed-signal product development programs for leading semiconductor clients.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience driving products from NPI to HVM, strong yield/reliability expertise, and deep knowledge of semiconductor qualification standards, statistical analysis, and ATE validation environments.
Key Responsibilities
Drive New Product Introduction (NPI) from design stage through High Volume Manufacturing (HVM)
Perform yield analysis, failure analysis (FA), characterization, and product validation
Work closely with Design, DFT, Test, Reliability, Foundry, and Operations teams
Support silicon debug, production release, and customer qualification
Analyze production/test data using JMP, Optimal+, Exensio, Galaxy, Excel VBA, etc.
Monitor Cpk, Cp, GRR, guard bands, outlier analysis, and process control metrics
Improve yield, reduce test time, and enhance manufacturing robustness
Support package qualification, HTOL, JEDEC, and AECQ100 reliability activities
Collaborate on ATE test development and validation (V93K preferred)
Handle customer returns, RMA analysis, and corrective actions
Required Skills
Semiconductor Product Engineering experience (5+ years preferred)
