Job Description
Collaborate with Memory systems, Device, Product Development Team to gather product requirements.
Define, Develop, Execute, and Automate NAND flash memory reliability test; analyze & report data following predefined test flow.
Compile comprehensive reports with findings, technical recommendations and final assessments on device reliability and performance to qualify the device.
Ensure timely product device support, memory qualification, and ramp of BiCS volume production
The candidate will use knowledge of Semiconductor device physics and computer science to push the performance and reliability envelope of flash memory as used in best-in-class high-density storage application.
In this position the candidate will be part of a team that sits at the hub of activity between storage business units, technology development, memory design, and manufacturing.
Qualifications
Master’s Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or a related field.
Good familiarity with Semiconductor Device Physics, Semiconductor Fabrication flow and design.
Good with understanding software programs written in C, Python and able to step through the code if required
Good with Statistical analysis tools and data visualization of large data set.
Ability to troubleshoot and analyze complex problems with minimal data points.
Flash memory testing experience is big plus.
Excellent verbal and communication skills
Experience : B.Tech + 5 years work experience or M.Tech + 3 years work experience
