Job Title: Senior Product Development Engineer – ATE Test Engineer
Experience: 5-12 Years

Qualification: BS/MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electronics, or related disciplines
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated ATE Test Engineer to develop and deploy manufacturing test solutions for next-generation high-performance processors, data center, enterprise, and server products. The engineer will be responsible for ATE test development, silicon bring-up, characterization, yield improvement, and production test release activities.
The ideal candidate should possess strong experience in Advantest 93K test development, semiconductor product engineering, silicon validation, and high-volume manufacturing test methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with Design, Validation, and Architecture teams to ensure comprehensive IP and product test coverage.
Develop, debug, validate, and optimize ATE test programs and test patterns.
Build and maintain scalable and reusable test-program infrastructure using industry best practices.
Participate in first silicon bring-up, debug, and validation activities.
Evaluate and validate new product features, test methodologies, and test conditions.
Perform silicon characterization across:Process corners
Voltage corners
Temperature conditions
Correlate engineering and production test results to ensure manufacturing readiness.
Release robust test programs for high-volume production.
Drive initiatives focused on:Yield improvement
Test time reduction
Product quality enhancement
Cost optimization
Analyze production data and debug yield excursions.
Support qualification testing and customer return analysis.
Collaborate with global engineering and manufacturing teams throughout the product lifecycle.
Required Skills
ATE Test Development
Strong hands-on experience in semiconductor ATE test development.
Experience developing test content, test methods, and manufacturing test solutions.
Strong understanding of digital and mixed-signal semiconductor testing.
Experience with silicon bring-up, validation, and characterization.
Knowledge of production test release and manufacturing test flows.
Automatic Test Equipment
Hands-on experience with:Advantest V93K / Advantest 93K (Preferred)
Other ATE platforms considered a plus
