ePerform redesigns of current production products with component shortage or obsolescence issues
.Provide technical expertise for component related issues including alternate component selection for obsolescence issues and assisting on process issues
.Provide technical reports and communications to global Watlow team members
.Able to work, rework perform test on PCBA and components considering value engineering
.Need to be familiar with the PCBA components and the market commodities of the materials to identify the standards parts and whether the materials are suitable or no
tCost down for material
sAbility to troubleshoot failed units as needed and provide written technical reports and analyses
.Train, advise, review, problem-solve, and collaborate with 3rd party development partner
sWork with Watlow engineering team members on product definition, development, test, QA, deployment, maintenance & suppor
tAnalyze designs and support Design FMEA creation and revisions
.Create test plans and test reports
