Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Physical Design Engineer located in Kanpur. The role involves working on advanced physical design processes, including implementing and optimizing designs for high-performance semiconductors. Day-to-day responsibilities include tasks such as physical design implementation, verification, and optimization, as well as collaboration with logic and circuit design teams to ensure seamless integration. The engineer will contribute to the full design cycle, from RTL to GDSII, ensuring quality and efficiency in all aspects of the physical design.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Physical Design and Physical Verification, including expertise in place-and-route tools and methodologies.
Strong understanding of Logic Design and Circuit Design principles, with hands-on experience in design optimization.
Experience in RTL Design and related workflows to support a complete design cycle.
Proficiency in industry-standard EDA tools and design environments is highly desirable.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field is required.
Experience with advanced semiconductor technology nodes is a plus.
