Senior Physical Design Engineer

Role Requirements:
Strong experience in RTL2GDS implementation including Synthesis, Floorplanning, Placement, CTS, Routing, STA, Power Integrity Analysis, and Physical Verification
Hands-on experience with advanced technology nodes (7nm, 6nm, 5nm)
Experience handling high-frequency partitions and memory-dominated designs
Proficiency in scripting using Tcl/Tk/Perl
Strong understanding of timing constraints, STA, and timing closure
Experience in tapeouts
Tools:
Innovus, Genus, Tempus, Calibre
Experience: 5+ Years
Primary Skills:
Physical Design, CTS, STA, Physical Verification
📍 Work Location: Bangalore (5 days Work from Office)

Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in cross-functional and globally distributed teams
High level of commitment and ownership
