About the Role
We are seeking a Senior PCB & FPGA Design Engineer to support the design and development of advanced analytical instrumentation systems. This role will lead custom electronic hardware development from concept through production, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance, low-power solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Design and develop custom electronic hardware, including PCBAs, cables, and subassemblies
Own the full lifecycle of PCB design, including schematic capture, layout, bring-up, debug, and production release
Develop and support FPGA/CPLD designs using Verilog
Lead technical design decisions and trade-off analyses across multiple subsystems
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support new product development and product enhancements
Support product reliability initiatives through design reviews, testing, and process improvements

Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering
7+ years of experience in electronic hardware design and development
Strong experience with Altium Designer
Hands-on expertise in PCB Design, PCB Layout, and hardware debugging
Experience with FPGA/CPLD development and Verilog
Knowledge of electronic test equipment, functional testing, and structured product development environments
