A leading global consumer brand with millions of customers worldwide is seeking a talented Senior Operations Engineer to join its operations team. The company develops innovative physical products that combine design, technology, and scalability - delivering exceptional customer experiences across multiple product lines.
We’re looking for a hands-on engineer who enjoys working directly on the production floor - solving real manufacturing issues, improving equipment performance, and keeping high-volume production running efficiently.
About the role:
This role focuses on high-volume production (millions of units per year) and requires someone comfortable working with:
Automated production lines and industrial equipment
Troubleshooting machines and resolving downtime issues
Supporting maintenance, repairs, and process improvements
Identifying and fixing bottlenecks in real time
You will play a key role in improving throughput, yield, and cost efficiency across manufacturing operations.
Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and resolve equipment and production issues on the manufacturing floor
Improve machine performance, uptime, and overall efficiency
Identify and eliminate bottlenecks in high-volume production environments
Work closely with operators, maintenance, and engineering teams
Support and implement automation and equipment improvement initiatives
Analyze production data to improve throughput, yield, and cost
Requirements
BSc in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
5+ years of experience in manufacturing / production environments
Hands-on experience with machines, equipment, or automated production lines
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Experience working in high-volume manufacturing environments
Experience in consumer electronics / semiconductor / industrial automation - nice to have
Background as Field Engineer / Application Engineer / Manufacturing Engineer - nice to have
Additional Info
25–30% travel to manufacturing sites
U.S. work authorization required
