Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Senior Mechanical Design Engineer with strong expertise in cooling system design and thermal management. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing and developing cabinet cooling systems, chiller units, radiators, heat exchangers, and fan/blower-based thermal solutions for industrial applications. The role requires expertise in vibration analysis, compact system design, airflow optimization, and designing products that operate reliably under diverse environmental conditions. Key Responsibilities
Design and develop cooling solutions including:
Cabinet/enclosure cooling systems
Chiller units
Radiators and heat exchangers
Fan and blower-based cooling systems
Perform thermal analysis and heat dissipation calculations.
Conduct vibration analysis to ensure product reliability and durability.
Optimize airflow management and cooling efficiency.
Design systems within strict space and packaging constraints.
Develop solutions suitable for various environmental conditions, including:
High-temperature environments
Humid conditions
Outdoor applications
Dust-prone industrial environments
Create detailed CAD models, manufacturing drawings, and Bills of Materials (BOMs).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for product development and manufacturing support.
Support prototype development, testing, validation, and design improvements.
