Our Client is seeking a highly motivated and hands-on Senior Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) Engineer to design, build, and support modern IGA solutions with a strong focus on privileged access controls and automation. This role is delivery-focused and works closely with security, infrastructure, and application teams to implement scalable, secure identity governance capabilities. This position offers the opportunity to take ownership of technical execution, influence best practices, and mentor team members, without requiring enterprise-wide IAM architecture ownership.

Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and support IGA and privileged access management solutions aligned with security standards
Lead technical delivery of IGA initiatives, including application onboarding, workflows, access models, and certifications
Contribute to IAM/IGA standards, processes, and technical documentation
Drive automation across identity lifecycle and access governance processes
Build and enhance IGA platforms, including new implementations and expansions
Partner with security architecture, engineering, and operations teams to ensure seamless integrations
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to peers and junior engineers
Troubleshoot complex identity, access, and integration issues
Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Required Skills & Experience
7+ years of hands-on experience with IGA platforms such as SailPoint, Saviynt, ForgeRock IDM, Okta IGA, Omada, Entra ID, or similar
Strong background in IGA, IDM, workflow, BPM, and process engineering
Experience supporting cloud and hybrid environments (AWS, Azure)
Solid understanding of Active Directory and cloud identity services
Development experience with Java and JavaScript
Expertise with CI/CD pipelines and source-controlled deployments
Strong scripting skills (Bash/Shell)
API integration experience, including custom services using Spring Boot or Node.js
Linux and Windows systems administration experience
Relational database experience, preferably PostgreSQL
Advanced troubleshooting, log analysis, and production support skills
Intermediate to advanced PowerShell (PowerShell 7 preferred)
Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills

Education & Certifications
Bachelor’s degree in a technical field required
Master’s degree preferred
Cloud, security, or IAM certifications are a plus
Work Arrangement
Full-time (40 hours per week)
Monday–Friday
Hybrid work model (majority onsite, limited remote flexibility)
