About the Role
We’re seeking an IC Design Lead to take complex integrated circuits from concept to production, leading a talented team and collaborating across disciplines in sensing, imaging, signal processing, and advanced systems.
Responsibilities
Lead IC projects end-to-end, from planning to tape-out.
Manage a local team of 4–5 engineers and coordinate with global partners.
Guide architecture, integration, and system-level design decisions.
Ensure high-quality results while mitigating risks and solving complex challenges.
Qualifications
Master’s in EE, Optical Engineering, Physics, or related field.
7+ years in IC design with leadership experience.
Required Skills
Strong CMOS IC expertise (digital, memory, MCU, mixed-domain).
Proven track record with tape-outs and embedded-system products.
Preferred Skills
Experience with consumer products.
Cadence tools.
Matlab/Python/LabView.
Low-power designs.
