Job Type: Fulltime Permanent Role/Direct Hire
Salary Range: $120K - $160K/Annum plus benefits

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Analog/Mixed-Signal IC Design Engineer to join a growing semiconductor design team focused on developing advanced integrated circuit solutions. This position offers the opportunity to work across the complete ASIC development lifecycle, from architecture and design through silicon validation and product qualification.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop analog and mixed-signal circuit blocks for ASIC and semiconductor products.
Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to define specifications and translate system requirements into circuit-level implementations.
Perform circuit simulation, verification, and optimization using industry-standard EDA tools.
Participate in design reviews and support physical layout activities to ensure performance and manufacturability objectives are achieved.
Support silicon bring-up, characterization, debugging, and validation activities.
Work closely with digital design, layout, test, applications, and product engineering teams.
Prepare technical documentation, design reports, and performance analysis summaries.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline (Master's or PhD preferred).
8+ years of experience in Analog and/or Mixed-Signal IC Design.
Strong understanding of transistor-level circuit design, noise analysis, stability, and analog fundamentals.
Experience with industry-standard IC design and simulation tools.
Proven experience in one or more of the following areas:
Data converters
Analog front-end design
Power management circuits
Clock generation and timing circuits
Sensor interface circuits
Signal processing solutions
Solid understanding of semiconductor devices, process technologies, and design for manufacturability considerations.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with advanced semiconductor process technologies.
Familiarity with mixed-signal verification methodologies.
Knowledge of low-power and/or high-performance design techniques.
Hands-on experience with silicon validation and laboratory testing.
Understanding of reliability, ESD, packaging, and product qualification concepts.
