We are looking for an experienced Hardware Design Engineer to support the design and development of complex high-speed electronic boards.

Key Responsibilities:
Select and qualify electronic components.
Create, review, and modify schematics.
Review PCB layouts for signal integrity, power integrity, EMI/EMC, and manufacturability.
Support high-speed designs involving DDR, PCIe, Ethernet, USB, FPGA, and processor-based systems.
Perform design verification, board bring-up, debugging, and validation.
Work closely with PCB designers, firmware, and manufacturing teams.
Requirements:
3-5 years of hardware design experience.
Strong schematic capture and PCB layout review skills.
Experience with high-speed digital and mixed-signal designs.
Proficiency in Altium, Cadence Allegro/OrCAD, or similar tools.
Good understanding of SI/PI, power design, and hardware debugging.
Preferred:
Experience with FPGA-based platforms and complex multilayer PCBs.
Knowledge of EMC/EMI compliance and DFM/DFT practices.
The ideal candidate should be capable of owning hardware development from component selection and schematic design through PCB review, validation, and production support.
