Thunderhawk Technology Partners is hiring a Senior FPGA Design & Development Engineer for our leading Aerospace & Defense client.

Required Skills
✔ Strong FPGA design and development using VHDL
✔ Xilinx FPGA architectures and development tools (Vivado/ISE)
✔ DSP (Digital Signal Processing) implementation on FPGA hardware
✔ MATLAB modeling and simulation
✔ Hardware bring-up, debugging, and lab validation
✔ Linux development environment
✔ Timing analysis and timing closure
✔ ModelSim / Questa simulation tools
✔ System integration and hardware testing
✔ RF, SDR, Radar, or Communications systems experience
✔ Requirements capture and technical documentation
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and document FPGA solutions using VHDL
• Implement DSP algorithms in FPGA hardware
• Perform FPGA board bring-up, debugging, and validation
• Support system integration, verification, and testing activities
• Participate in design reviews and maintain technical documentation
