The Role
• Join at a high-growth stage as a key technical driver for US expansion.
• This role combines strong power electronics expertise with a customer-facing mindset to drive design wins and support strategic customers across the West Coast.
Core Responsibilities
• Relationship Management:
Build strong relationships with customer engineering teams and serve as the primary technical interface.
• Design-Win Execution:
Drive design-in activities for PMICs, DC/DC converters, multiphase VRMs, and power modules.
Support customers in debugging, validation, power-stage layout guidance, and system integration.
• Technical Support:
Support customer power challenges including transient response, loop stability, efficiency, thermal, and EMI/EMC optimization.
• Market Development:
Partner with Sales to expand into new markets and grow existing accounts across the West Coast.
• Product Strategy:
Work closely with internal product teams to support NPIs and future product roadmap direction based on customer feedback.
• Technical Sales Support:
Develop application diagrams, technical presentations, and support customer power architecture discussions.
Requirements
• EE degree with strong power / analog semiconductor background.
• Experience with PMIC, DC/DC converters, multiphase VRMs, POL, or power delivery architectures.
• Hands-on experience with lab debugging, oscilloscope measurement, and power validation.
• Background as FAE, Applications Engineer, Power Engineer, or Hardware/Power Validation Engineer.
• Based in Bay Area and open to travel.
• Self-driven, customer-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
