Senior Test Engineer (Dynamics/ Environmental) – Leading Engineering Services Provider
Role Overview:
Lead and execute vibration and environmental testing programmes within a lab environment. Support technical delivery, improve testing processes, and mentor junior staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct vibration and environmental testing across industries (e.g. aerospace, automotive)
Operate and maintain test equipment (e.g. electrodynamic shakers, chambers)
Analyse results and produce detailed technical reports
Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g. MIL-STD, DO-160)
Mentor junior team members and support lab operations
Key Requirements:
Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
~7+ years’ experience in dynamics or vibration testing
Strong knowledge of testing standards and methodologies
Hands-on experience with lab equipment and data capture
Ability to work in a fast-paced, technical environment
