YEMI primarily focuses on manufacturing of Industrial Engines and sales and service of the Industrial Engines/Agricultural Products/ Marine (Small – Medium & Large) Engines. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Vehicle integrator to package vehicle assemblies, in support of the Platform objectives for new product development, current product maintenance and current product improvements.
Responsible for vehicle packaging for all new and current products platform considering applicable safety and environmental regulations and standards.
Clearance and interference checks on assembly, Assembly/Disassembly issues detection Tooling accessibility evaluation, BOM comparison
Managing and creation of Master model structure, assembly ppt, Verification for specific requirements
Support Engineering and manufacturing activities for new products & current product activities.
Co-ordination with plant and other teams for all design related activates
Work effectively with a cross-functional team of individuals on simple to medium problems.
Effective communication of issues/ideas/concepts and solutions.
CAD tool- Should have min. 4 years hands on exp. In Creo2.0/Creo 3.0 and above- solid modeling, detailing, Sheetmetal and handling large Assy modules.
Working Knowledge of mechanical pipe routing, Fuel Hose routing, Engine peripherals components packaging. & Operator platform area knowledge.
Fundamental Knowledge of GD&T & Tolerance stack up.
Education - B. Tech/B. E (Mechanical)
Experience - Similar working experience for 4 – 5 years.
