We are currently seeking a Senior Engineer, Test Development to join our team. This individual is responsible for the design, development, implementation, and validation of advanced test systems used for production testing of complex medical devices. The ideal candidate brings deep technical expertise, strong leadership capabilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality, reliable products in a regulated environment. This position will be based in the Mountain View headquarters.

Key Responsibilities

Design and development of automated test systems for medical devices, including hardware and software components
Develop and maintain test applications using LabVIEW; leverage TestStand for test sequencing
Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, manufacturing, quality, and regulatory teams to define test requirements and strategies
Design and debug electronic circuits used in test fixtures and validation setups
Drive root cause analysis and troubleshooting of complex system-level issues
Ensure compliance with relevant medical device standards and regulatory requirements
Support product transfer from development to manufacturing, including test system deployment and validation

Qualifications

Bachelor’s, Master’s in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
Extensive experience in the medical device industry or other highly regulated environments
Strong proficiency in LabVIEW for test development and automation
Experience with NI TestStand preferred
Solid background in electronic circuit design and analysis
Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills at system and component levels
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience working in cross-functional teams and leading technical initiatives
Additional preferred qualifications:
Use of design for testability (DFT) and manufacturing test strategies
Familiarity with data acquisition systems, instrumentation, and hardware integration
Experience with / Exposure to regulatory submissions

$132K-$172K Base - Compensation will be determined based on several factors, including but not limited to skill set, years of experience and geographic location.
