Order & Project Handover (OEM Scope)
Receive order handover from Sales / Contracts with complete scope clarity.
Understand OEM deliverables (WTG model, configuration, quantities, delivery milestones).
Translate customer schedules into plant‑level execution plans.
Drive execution across Nacelle / Hub / Blade / Tower manufacturing (as applicable).
Coordinate with Production Planning, Manufacturing, Stores, and Maintenance teams to ensure:
Capacity alignment
Line readiness
Bottleneck resolution
Monitor daily/weekly production progress against plan.
Coordinate with Supply Chain / Procurement to ensure timely availability of:
Bought‑out items
Critical long‑lead components
Imported materials (if any)
Escalate material risks impacting customer delivery commitments.
Ensure adherence to OEM quality standards, QAPs, and inspection plans.
Coordinate in‑process and final inspections with:
Internal Quality teams
Customer representatives
Third‑party inspection agencies
Ensure completeness of quality dossiers and dispatch documentation.
Plan and execute dispatch sequencing as per customer and site priorities.
Coordinate with Logistics, Transporters, and Port Operations (Mundra) for:
Heavy cargo movement
Port handling & customs clearance (if applicable)
Ensure safe handling and compliance with EHS norms during loading and dispatch.
Track project schedules and highlight risks impacting:
Manufacturing timelines
Dispatch dates
Monitor execution costs within OEM scope.
Proactively drive recovery plans for delays or disruptions.
Maintain detailed project trackers and dashboards.
Prepare weekly/monthly MIS reports for management.
Act as single point of contact for internal stakeholders on assigned projects.
Qualifications
Education
BE / BTech – Mechanical / Electrical / Production / Industrial Engineering
Experience
5–9 years of experience in OEM manufacturing project execution
Mandatory exposure to WTG / Renewable / Heavy Engineering OEMs
