Role Overview
Design and develop electric motors, from concept through validation, within a dynamic project environment.

Key Responsibilities
Perform electromagnetic, thermal, and structural motor design
Develop and prototype electric drive systems
Deliver project work packages and technical reports
Support testing, validation, and manufacturing processes
Collaborate across teams and support business development

Candidate Profile (What we are looking for)
Experience in motor design and simulation (e.g., MotorCAD, Maxwell)
Strong understanding of electromagnetic and thermal principles
Knowledge of manufacturing and testing of motor systems
Experience with NVH, thermal analysis, and system integration
Degree in Engineering or related field
