Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

Strong experience in manual testing and test development
Hands-on experience in test case design, execution, and defect tracking
Experience working with Test Case Management Systems
Good experience in client testing / client application testing
Experience in functional, regression, and performance testing
Familiarity with JIRA, test documentation, and reporting

Roles & Responsibilities

Design, review, and execute manual test cases and test scenarios
Manage test cases, test results, and test artifacts in the Test Case Management System
Perform functional, regression, and client testing for new and existing features
Identify, document, track, and retest defects
Support performance testing activities and validate application behavior
Work closely with development, QA, and business teams to ensure quality deliverables
Maintain clear test documentation and provide regular status updates

Generic Managerial Skills, If any

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication and collaboration
Ability to work independently and in a team

Education

Minimum Bachelors

Salary Range: $100000 - $125000 a year

Qualifications: BACHELOR OF COMPUTER SCIENCE
