SUMMARY
We are seeking an experienced Senior Engineer to lead engineering initiatives that support product development, process improvements, and operational excellence. This role will oversee complex projects from concept through implementation, provide technical leadership to engineering team members, and partner with cross-functional departments to deliver high-quality solutions. The ideal candidate brings strong project management skills, advanced engineering expertise, and the ability to drive continuous improvement efforts.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage and execute engineering projects while ensuring deliverables meet quality, budget, and timeline expectations.
Develop, evaluate, and improve products, equipment, and manufacturing processes.
Partner with departments such as operations, quality, and supply chain to support business and engineering objectives.
Perform technical analysis, testing, and problem-solving activities to address complex engineering challenges.
Lead design reviews, product validation efforts, and engineering evaluations.
Provide coaching, technical support, and mentorship to junior engineering staff.
Assist with strategic engineering initiatives and long-term planning activities.
Prepare and maintain engineering documentation including specifications, reports, procedures, and technical records.
Support quality and compliance requirements while ensuring adherence to applicable safety and engineering standards.
Drive process improvement and cost-reduction projects to enhance efficiency and product performance.
Present project updates, milestones, and recommendations to leadership.
Participate in continuous improvement programs and other engineering-related initiatives as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related discipline); advanced degree or professional certifications are a plus.
Minimum of 5 years of engineering experience with demonstrated success leading technical projects.
Strong knowledge of engineering design principles, manufacturing processes, materials, and safety requirements.
Experience utilizing engineering software such as CAD, CAM, simulation, or related tools.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Leadership experience with the ability to guide and influence technical teams.
Detail-oriented mindset with strong decision-making and organizational skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders across multiple functions.
